2. Information we collect

- Order information collected by our operating stores: billing and shipping details, order history and support correspondence.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through server logs and analytics.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to business and partner inquiries, evaluate acquisition and supplier proposals, fulfil and support customer orders, prevent fraud, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve our sites and services. Where we send commercial email, we do so on the basis of consent or an existing business relationship, and every message includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, logistics and analytics — and within our group of operating entities where necessary for the purposes above. We disclose information to authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United States and our processors may operate in other jurisdictions. Where personal information of individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Transaction and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law, generally seven years. Records subject to a legal hold are retained until the matter closes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Send requests to indeficienter.llc@gmail.com; we respond within the period required by applicable law and may ask for information to verify your identity. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
8. Security
We apply role-based access control, encrypted transport, and contractual data protection terms with processors. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where required, communicated directly.
